Hello! Your blog is an inspiration my friend. I am going to be a regular follower from here on out. I am moving back to Seattle post-PLU and will again have privilege to my parents kitchen…a perfect laboratory for culinary experimentation. I cannot wait to try out the pesto you just posted! I have been living at my cousin’s farm in Eastern-Washington this summer and made a delicious beet greens pesto with piƱo nuts, but yours looks way better!
